Recently, Suzhou Swansea Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and Wujin National High-Tech Zone held a grand signing ceremony, marking the official settlement of the Swansea New Energy Vehicle Cold Joining Intelligent Equipment Project in the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park of Wujin National High-Tech Zone. Its independently  developed SPR Self-Piercing Riveting System has formed four major equipment matrices with an annual capacity of 400 million rivets. The products  are widely used in high-end fields such as automobile manufacturing, aerospace, new energy and rail transit, and have established in-depth  cooperative relations with more than 30 top industry clients.

The Changzhou Swansea Intelligent Manufacturing Base signed and settled this time is a key move for Swansea to implement the dual-core  strategy of "Suzhou R&D Headquarters + Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base". With a total area of nearly 20,000 square meters, the base will focus on the industrialization and large-scale production of lightweight joining technology for new energy vehicles, fully covering the  R&D, manufacturing and delivery of SPR self-piercing riveting equipment, press riveting equipment, blind riveting equipment and high-performance  fasteners. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve Swansea's order response speed and global supply capacity, and provide more efficient  and reliable comprehensive lightweight material joining solutions for the new energy vehicle industry.
